We will continue to monitor Smith Road. At this time, there are no plans to change the street. It is a narrow right-of-way, which is particularly challenging. There is a project through INDOT that will improve the intersection of 3rd Street and Smith Road. Apologies for the delayed reply, this was directed to a colleague who left the City. Thank you,
