Web Form: Going north on Old 37 from Gourley Pike, I recently rode down the hill that leads into the Cascades. As this hill is frequently used by cyclists, it is good that it has a new smooth pavement. Cyclists will attain a high speed on this hill and maintain their speed beyond the bottom of the hill. When I did this, I came to a place where I experienced several terrible jolts. I found that there is a place beyond the bottom of the hill where the pavement is very rugged due to a cluster of deep potholes. This road hazard could easily flip a bicycle over. It is easy for a cyclist to unwittingly get caught in this perilous situation. Since many cyclists use this route one can expect what happened to me and worse to happen to many of them. This is of critical importance right now because in a few days, on Sunday October 27, thousands of Hilly Hundred riders will be riding down this hill. It is imperative that this rugged place in the road be repaired.
Most tickets of this type should be closed within 7 days, although some cases may be longer. 1 days have already passed.
