Web Form: A large percentage of parking meters around the Main Branch of Monroe County Public Library are not working. They either will not accept a debit or credit card (i.e. cannot read the cards) or have a black screen so that a user is unable to read in the steps needed in order to pay for parking. The meters in question are on Lincoln between Kirkwood and 6th, 6th between Lincoln and Grant, and Grant between 6th and Kirkwood. I have not tried parking on Kirkwood so I don't know if there's any issue with those meters. Every time I attempt to park in this area, I must try at least three times before I am able to find a working meter.
