I tried to call customer, mailbox was full and could not leave a message. I emailed customer to advise he call our customer service department to discuss his issue and make his payment over the phone.
Web Form: I have been trying to pay our bill which is due on the 26th. I have been putting in all the correct information and I keep getting this prompt even though I’ve put in all the correct information. I’m wondering if your utilities website is down and we will be able to pay our bill tomorrow. This prompt doesn’t tell me what information I am missing. I tried submitting this information without my name or company name filled out and I was promoted to fill out my name or company name. I did this and was promoted with the same description shown in this picture. I have all the correct information filled out so I am unsure what is wrong and I hope we are not charged for submitting this information late. Please let me know what is wrong.
