Street Lights:
Web Form: 4013 East Bennington, IN 47401. Reference Case #170755. On 1/7/2019, I was told that replacement part was ordered for the new pole and light that was installed recently. "Replacement part has been ordered. Duke Energy informed us that work order 34470388 is still open and needed an additional ten working days from 11-01-2019." Today the light still does not work. When can the part be installed?
