Mr. Carmichael,
There was a water main break in your area recently that was repaired. At times this can cause air to enter household water lines, and this will result in cloudy water. We have a crew that will be flushing out the water main by opening the fire hydrant near your house this morning. After this takes place you should run the water in your house for several minutes, and these two actions together should remove the air from the water lines. If this does not solve the issue, please respond to this email and we will move on to the next possible remediation step. Thank you.
