Traffic Signals:

Web Form: Northbound Patterson at 2nd Street has been malfunctioning for a week now. Intermittently it doesn't turn green for several cycles. Traffic backs up to Allen St. Southbound Patterson will get all green, but northbound will only get a flashing yellow left turn arrow. Cannot believe that this has been going on for week.
