Other: Unable to find the ticket status page from the ureport page. Only could access the ticket status, if the link was selected immediately after submittal.
Most tickets of this type should be closed within 2 days, although some cases may be longer. 2 days have already passed.

Let's generically link to the crm on the frontend client so folks can have the link handy.
Is there a front-end user search? If so, is that documented? We can work on this as a team as needed.
