Other: Old abandoned garage that is falling apart. This is on a rental property and the owners of this property have not touched the building in the 3 years we have lived next to them. There is a car behind the garage and another car in the garage. The building is falling apart and is a safety hazard to kids in the neighborhood. Many stray animals may be living in this structure, and have seen suspicious peoples coming from it from time to time as well (as if they are squatting there). Please help resolve this issue, as it is a huge danger to my family’s safety.
Most tickets of this type should be closed within 9 days, although some cases may be longer. 9 days have already passed.

Mike, I have not heard back from the reporter in order to pursue as a rental complaint, so please check this out if there is anything on the unsafe end of things you can do with it. Please provide an update to Jessica Oswalt (Neighborhood Resource Specialist) after you have, as she may be subsequently following up with other issues at the property.
