Other: We desperately need a green arrow light at the intersection of Sale St and 46 in Ellettsville. During morning rush hour, N Sale St gets back up all the way down the entire street and only 2 cars at the most can turn left on 46 because oncoming traffic on S Sale street is back to back cars also trying to turn right onto 46 and these cars use BOTH lanes while turning right. The only way N Sale st cars can turn left is by literally WAITING FOR THE LIGHT TO TURN RED, then they hurry onto 46 as best they can. It's becoming an extremely congested intersection during morning hours and I fear accidents are highly likely.
