Water Utility Problems:
Other: Water main leak - there has been what I believe is a water main leaking on Morningside Dr in Park Ridge East for months. It started leaking into the street this past summer and hasn't been fixed yet. I believe that it has been reported previously. This is a terrible waste of waste.
