Parking on Unimproved Surface:
Other: At the intersection of Henderson and 2nd St., at night there has consistently been a parked car in the yellow area on Henderson the east side of the intersection. it makes it dangerous at the stoplight because there is no place for 2 cars to fit so drivers are focusing on that; however, pedestrians are often times at this intersection, causing additional distraction and increased risk for accident.
