Other: Several grade and issues with crumbling street surface on E. Linden Hill. Last year the water main was repaired and the street was partially resurfaced (by hand mixing) leaving the street with unlevel surfaces. In addition other parts of the street that are crumbling were not repaired. The street is fairly small so resurfacing the entire street with blacktop at the same time would easily rectify the issues that are on the whole street.
