Other: It seems like the sensors at this intersection (W. 3rd and S. Kimble) aren't functioning correctly. I have noticed since the holidays that this light is often red for east/west traffic. I've approached the light several times as it turns red without any north/south vehicles at the intersection that would trigger a signal change. I just don't remember this light being red for east/west traffic as much as it has been lately. Maybe just pop out there and have a look? No need to respond to me, just getting a ticket into the system. Thank you!
