Other: My name is Jonathon Eacret and i live at 103 e southern Dr. 47401, ive been noticing that the vacant house next door to me at 113 e southern drive has water pouring from the meter into the street. This has been going on for a few weeks now and is an issue for me and my family when it freezes.
