Potholes, Other Street Repair:
Other: N. Plymouth Road - serious problem with road coming apart. There are long and wide areas where the top layer of blacktop is coming apart and washing away down toward and into storm drain s. There has been a small patch here and there but they haven't worked. A more aggressive repair is needed. Thank you.
