I contacted the person that monitors and maintains the bluebird boxes at Bryan Park and she sent the following response:
"I am monitoring those boxes and did move a box when I checked them last week. It had been where a tree stump had been ground down and that stump has decomposed enough that mowing crews could go over it so I moved the box to another fresher stump nearby. "
