Other: The crosswalk between N and S Woodbridge Dr and across 10th is routinely ignored by passing cars. I have almost been hit around 3 times while in the crosswalk by cars that refused to stop for me as I was crossing. Cars otherwise refuse to stop when pedestrians are waiting to cross. This is a safety concern for pedestrians.
