Potholes, Other Street Repair:
Other: Roto-rooter has left a dangerous trench angled across a much used bike lane in front of 809 S Lincoln. Now (Coronavirus healthcare shortage) is not the time for new, avoidable injuries, and more people are riding this bike lane as their getting-exercise-during-emergency route.
Most tickets of this type should be closed within 7 days, although some cases may be longer. 9 days have already passed.

I just spoke with John Farmer at RotoRooter. They pulled up the steel plates this afternoon in preparation of getting asphalt repair finished. He said it will be finished tomorrow, 3/24. His asphalt person doesn't have a way to move the plates. Currently it's concrete within 1.5-2" of the surface. I will check it tomorrow or Wednesday when I'm in town.
