Other: I watched this pothole develop within a span of four days. It was already a heavily cracked area of the asphalt; all it needed was for one piece to shift out of place and the whole section seemed to go. This is on downtown 3rd St. and cars are swerving to avoid the hole now. The amount of honking has increased, the noise is a nuisance, and there are chunks of asphalt scattered in the middle of 3rd St. I am personally worried about bicyclists riding into this hole.
Most tickets of this type should be closed within 7 days, although some cases may be longer. 4 days have already passed.
