The store manager was informed that a complaint was received by the City of Bloomington.

The store manager explained that it is a system installed by Kroger Asset Protection to play a message asking customers to adhere to social distancing and good hygiene practices. The volume has been turned down once and they are waiting on Kroger Asset Protection to respond to the latest request to turn it down.

Hi Marnina,
Can you find out who the manager is for the 2nd St. Kroger and connect with them about this complaint. Not sure what they're blasting but I would imagine it could be an annoyance to neighbors. Perhaps ask them to turn down the volume and/or cease if possible.
