Other: On Thursday, 5/7, at approximately 3:15 PM, a white SUV was parked on the sidewalk (blocking it) just south of the railroad tracks and just north of 14th street, on the west side of College Ave (approximately 910 N. College Ave. according to Google Maps). There was no one in the car and its flashers were not on. I assume the vehicle was associated with the apartment building currently under construction on that stretch of street between 14th and the railroad tracks. The vehicle's license plate was BRL182.

RayeAnn, I will contact the contractors on this site to remind them that blocking sidewalks in unacceptable at any time. Could a parking officer check out this area to check if anyone is currently blocking the sidewalk? Thank you.
