Water Utility Problems:
Other: Jackson T. Kirby, 624 W. 8th St. UMS replaced my meter yesterday, and now my flow rate is significantly reduced. My kitchen faucet is rated at 1.5 gpm, but now flows at about .67 gpm. Maybe they didn't open the line all the way?
