City Construction Projects:
Other: Contractors working on the new entrance to Switchyard Park along South Walnut should have the right lane closed. They've got the barrels partially blocking the lane preventing cars from using it when traveling alongside another vehicle in the left lane and the contractors are actually working in the roadway. This is an unsafe scenario for the workers and drivers.
