Other: Southeast corner of college and 14th. Construction site at old mancino's. Sidewalk partially obstructed by sand. They moved the equipment. They moved the sheet board. They did not move the sand. Workers are present inside the building. I am bringing this to your attention because it demonstrates their comfort with receiving daily phone calls from your office. They are used to the sound of the dog barking without biting.
