Other: Southeast corner of college and 14th. Construction site at old mancino's. Sand partially obstructing sidewalk. Erosion control has been destroyed. Mud is flowing onto the sidewalk. Sorry to bother you. in an ideal world I imagine a stop-work order at the first major violation, such as parking a piece of heavy equipment on the sidewalk for an entire weekend. And then the stop work order would not be lifted until even minor violations such as erosion control are assertively remedied. Thank you
