Other: I noticed that someone planted a large number of small trees in an open space in the park. I think it is fantastic that our city is taking these steps to protect it's soils and watersheds, while developing beautiful green spaces. One if the reasons I moved to Bloomington was this progressive attitude.

Hi Erik - thank you. This project is part of a reforestation along creeks. You will notice crews out today relocated some of the trees/shrubs which should have been planted on the northern area of the park. Thereby creating three rows of planting along a longer area of the creek versus so far out into the field. Thank you.
