Other: Sorry I don't have a picture but the leaves on all the oak trees in the south side of the dog park are turning black and wilting. Are these trees going to die? Can they be treated? This are is also close to the city tree nursery which could be the source or next problem area.

Trees are dead bald cypress trees located along the dogpark. Trees will be removed.
