Other: This is actually a "sidewalk" issue - the asphalt walkway that passes under the 10th St viaduct has a small but very deep (feet?) pothole in it - it could break someone's leg or ankle if they stepped into it. The hole is just north of the bridge itself.
Most tickets of this type should be closed within 7 days, although some cases may be longer. 12 days have already passed.
