Blocked Sidewalk:

Other: Sidewalk blocked with construction sign on north side of 17th between woodburn and kinser. In front of 314 W 17th. I believe its trying to warn about sidewalk closure for site just west of kinser. The sidewalk here is still useful to connect to sidewalks on the east side of madison and kinser, and it should not be blocked. A desire trail in the grass indicates there are pedestrians still using this route.

The sidewalk is now clear. The sign has been moved. The barricade is out of the way also.
