Parks & Playgrounds:

Other: The north set of tennis courts (grouping of three courts) had only one of four lights working at approximately 9:30pm on Tuesday evening. The north eastern most light fixture was on. The others were off on the court. These might need to be checked for either functionality of the bulbs or something or proper timing for on/off.

Thank you for letting us know. We set a procedure to light only the 2 most southern courts at Bryan Park at night. There were two reasons for that; 1. Historically there has been low demand to play from about 9pm-10pm curfew. However, that has changed a little with the Covid situation as tennis has been on the uptick. #2. The entire lighting system there is very old and very outdated. It would take a large investment, for a brief amount of time, to light all of the courts. We have sent someone out to check the breakers as actually the one pole active on the 3 courts should not be active.
