Other: For more than a year now, the sidewalk in front of new apartment construction just South of the 10th st. and Smith Rd. intersection has been regularly occupied and blocked by cars and trucks associated with the construction. There is considerable pedestrian traffic on this walkway, and citizens are forced to walk into the street by the blockage. As the construction has progresse, parking for workers and owners has become available underneath and beside the structure, but sidewalk parking seems to be preferred, particularly by the owners/supervisors. Please have them remove their vehicles, and clean the sidewalk.
