Other: Neighbors constantly parking random cars on his lawn, almost every day. He has guests park IN THE ALLEY, sometimes he will park there too, making it so that people have to drive IN MY YARD to get to their houses. Total BS.

Could Parking Enforcement take another look at this one? P&T investigated last week and took pictures of vehicles parked in the grass in the front yard. However, we will still have to get enforcement action approved. This is the second uReport about this; the first one is still open and assigned to me.
