Other: Hello! I am a representative of the Bloomington Highlands HOA, and it has been a concern of many neighbors in our neighborhood that people are parking along our streets to access the Clear Creek trail. It is especially problematic at the entrance to our neighborhood along W. Hennessey St. and up S. McDougal St. Could Parks and Rec post signage along the trail and within our neighborhood explaining that parking is permitted at the trail entrance and not within our neighborhood? Anna, We understand your neighborhood's concerns. We will have some yard signs made that advise trail users to park at the three trailhead parking areas for the Clear Creek Trail: Tapp Rd, That Rd, and Church Lane. They will be posted at the neighborhood entrance on Hennessey St. Largely due to Covid-19, we are experiencing record setting use of our parks and trails. Clear Creek Trail use will likely return to normal levels with adequate parking capacity at our three lots in the near term.
