Other: Shed on property has been built 3.5 feet from the property line instead of required 5 feet. Also lots of grass and weed overgrowth between shed and fence.

There is not a way to see the shed from the street, which is where we stand to investigate reports like this. There is also not any contact info for the uReporter so that we may ask for more information. If the uReporter could contact us directly with more information, that would be great. At this point, we have no way to see where the reported shed is in the backyard.
