Other: 8:24am jul 15. At walnut & smith. I was eastbound on bike, waiting at red light to cross walnut. A white pickup truck was across from me, westbound, no turn signal, blocking the ped xing while he waited to cross walnut. He went about twenty seconds beforr the light turned green, running the red. His plate was a blue municipal plate, 63998.
