Other: There is graffiti all the way down the sidewalks on Smith Ave, between Lincoln and Henderson Streets. The graffiti says "FTP" and "F12" which means "F*ck the Police." I am a student and just moved in. I heard Bloomington is very welcoming, but this graffiti did not make me feel welcome. I hope it can be removed before classes start and more students come back.
