City of Bloomington, Indiana

closed: Resolved #173283

Sidewalk Requests:

Other: We purchased this property in 2007. In 2002 this property had been subdivided and there was a bond for required sidewalks on the property. On July 25, 2012, we turned over the funds from the bond to the City of Bloomington in the amount of $10,690. Since that time, there have been no sidewalks installed. IF sidewalks are REQUIRED when a property is subdivided, what is a REASONABLE amount of time to wait for installation? In the meantime the City just sits on that money? I would appreciate some answers and insight to these REQUIRED sidewalks. Thank you.
