Other: I am attempting to log into my parking account to appeal a parking ticket. I am unable to log in, and get the error message shown in the screen when I attempt to recover my userID using my email geoff.mckim@gmail.com. I called the number shown on the Web site for this error (Parking), and the woman who answered pretty much knew nothing about what I was talking about. After I stated that I called exactly the number that I was supposed to call for this problem, she said "OK, I'll have an IT person look at it." and hung up. Which is fine, but she didn't take any of my information so I'm not sure that will actually result in this getting fixed. Can you possibly clear up his issue so I can log in and appeal the ticket in a timely manner? Thank you very much!!

Mr. McKim had duplicate email addresses associated with his account in the T2Flex application. I removed the duplicate addresses, leaving 1 email address. I contacted the user and had them test. Mr. McKim tested with success.
