Other: At the Atwater & Mitchell intersection Atwater becomes two-way going east towards High Street. Before the recent resurfacing of Atwater there was a painted arrow on Atwater Street just before Mitchell to warn drivers they had to turn left onto Mitchell. I have seen drivers on multiple occasions recently continuing on Atwater after crossing Mitchell driving on the wrong side of the road. Painted arrows and signs would be helpful at this intersection.
