Other: Unusual smell in the neighborhood this evening. Smells like some sort of petroleum distillate (which is why we're concerned = flammable?). Noticed not long after a train passed by. Went back near the tracks and it is strong there, but still very evident out front, on the street. persistent for the past hour or so.
