Other: I Googled "Bloomington Rail Trail" and it shows up under the City Parks Department, as I thought was the case. So, I am submitting this report for the City, even though it is along a County road. The crossing of the Rail Trail at Rogers street south of Gordon Pike and north of That Road (which road? That Road) is overgrown on the southeast side of the crossing. When driving on Rogers from the south headed north, it is difficult to see the trail and trail users on the east side of Rogers. People drive fast on this part of Rogers. Can the city clean up this line of sight issue so people are safer crossing the road? Thanks.
