Other: I recently reported the fact that most of Washington has been kept in the dark at night for months. Tonight street lights finally came on, except, ironically, the one outside my building.Another light, between 8th and 9th was on but the glass cover seems filled by rubble. In general the lamps are and look old and neglected.
