Blocked Street:
Other: This vehicle is consistently parked in the bus stop / turn lane every morning as pictured. It causes near accidents when cars attempt to get in the turn lane but then have to veer back out because this vehicle is in the way. I called it a "blocked street" because I don't know if it's legitimately parked or if it is illegally parked in the bus stop, but it's definitely unsafe. The car is not there in the evenings but is there weekday mornings on my drive to work.
