Sidewalk & Curb Complaints:
Other: The sidewalk contruction on E Winslow Rd has been going on since winter. The project has more says with no one working on it than working on it. today I saw only 4 men on the whole project and none of them were doing any work at 11 AM. Lots of road projects in Bloomington are started and then left abandoned for months. As a resident I don't like this. If they start something they ought to work on it till finished then move on. Im frustrated with the disruption that has been going on for 7 months for a very small project.
