Issues with the covers seems to be resolved.

Potholes, Other Street Repair:
Other: Two manhole covers on Sassafras Hill Apartment complex (managed by Hunter Bloomington Properties) have been damaged for over 6 months. As you can see, the damage is quite severe. Rather than fix the issue, HBP has relied on traffic cones/barrels to block traffic from riding over the defective manholes.
