Traffic Signals:
Other: The crosswalk signal never changes to WALK. I stood on the NE corner of Kirkwood and Adams, trying to cross Kirkwood to go south toward Rose Hill. I pushed the button and watched through several cycles (for more than three minutes) and it never changed. It was the same way last Sunday, too.

The contractor is aware of the ped push button issue and has gotten in touch with his signal contractor out of Indy. They will be here tomorrow or Thursday to resolve the issue.
