Thank you for reaching out to us. I confirmed that Walmart is not within the city limits of Bloomington therefore they are not in the jurisdiction of Bloomington. With that being said, I also confirmed with a Fire Department official that fire code and building regulations prevent doors from being locked but they can be closed.
