Other: Fairview school zone flashing lights not flashing (photo near 9th and rogers). Photo 3:28p today. Due to staggered times for rona mitigation, school dropoff at fairview elem is now nominally 8:35-8:55, and pickup is 3:20-3:40. Additionally, light should flash 15 minutes after pickup and 15 minutes before drop off because parents walking from/to school without their students still typically have student-siblings with them. Also, light should flash whenever there is an afterschool activity. I'm real disappointed this extremely ineffective-by-design approach was chosen instead of appropriately-engineered curb bumpouts! But if this is the bed we made, can we at least getsomeone lying in it when my kids are there.
