City of Bloomington, Indiana

closed: Resolved #173645

Other:

Other: two trees that the City planted at 4011 are diseased. I am worried the disease will spread to other trees. It is some type of weird spiderweb looking stuff that is killing the trees. This is not my home, but I live in the neighborhood at 3912.
